Some years ago I was asked to record a concert band performance by my former high school band director, Sandy Boone, in Asheville, North Carolina. Mr. Boone was displeased with the poor recordings he had received from the local district festival. Upon delivering the new recordings to his satisfaction, I began to wonder if more musical organizations and groups would be in need of a quality audio recording company that focused on service and customer satisfaction.
